Dinkheads Privacy Policy

01. Acceptance

When you use Dinkheads.com, you agree to this privacy policy. If you object to our privacy policy, do not use our site.

02. Policies

If you post something to our site it will be viewable to anyone on the Internet, including third parties that do not adhere to our privacy policy. We are not responsible for events arising from the dissemination of information you post on Dinkheads.

If you register for or log in to Dinkheads, our staff will know your email address.

Those logging in to Dinkheads will receive a small text file called a cookie. Cookies make it easier for you to log in to and use our site. For example, cookies allow you to move from page to page without logging in again.

Even if you don’t log in to Dinkheads, our web server will automatically collect certain information about you, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, type of browser, Operating System, and search query (if you are referred to Dinkheads by a search engine). The raw data are stored on our server and are available to site administrators.

We will not share any information about you with outside parties unless (a) we are asked to do so by law enforcement (b) we are ordered to do so by a Court, or (c) we believe the release of this information is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Dinkheads site, its staff, or its users.

We don’t currently run advertisements on Dinkheads.com, but may elect to do so in the future. If so, we likely will contract with advertising networks that use cookies. We have no control over what information such networks collect from you.
