Why PPA’s new $39/year All-Access membership plan might be worth it
How much is it worth to you to greatly improve your odds of getting into a PPA tournament?

January 15, 2021

PPA, the Pro Pickleball Association, announced today an “all-access plan” that provides members with exclusive content, early registration access to PPA tournaments, discounts on pickleball products, and on-site tournament perks such as upgraded seating at PPA tournaments.

If you’re planning to play in one or more PPA tournaments–the schedule is here–the early registration perk alone might be worth it. If you can’t pre-register, getting into major tournaments can be well nigh impossible these days, even if you attempt to register immediately upon the opening of the registration window. At least that has been the experience of the dinkheads proprietors.

Note, however, that some of PPA’s tournaments have already filled up. The all-access plan is best for people planning to register for PPA tournaments that have not yet opened up pre-registration, i.e., those that will take place in late 2020.
